“I am New with Gillette Heating and Air Conditioning because of the promotional great offer to replace my furnace and air conditioning system. So I request a technician to check on my unit for the first 6 months usage of the unit. Tech service Alexander Bennet came over and I was observing the way he check and work on the system. I am extremely satisfied in the corner of my eyes the way he works. He was thorough and meticulous in doing his job. He explain to me later how the system works and its function, which gives me an insight and ideas of my unit. Following that, Cris from Gillette gave me a follow up check on the job done? Awesome, this is I admire most how to take good care of a customer. Happy and satisfied.”

“Steven & Braxtin- outstanding duo. First off this was both furnace and air conditioner replacement. Replacement work Very efficient. Very patient. Had to delay the start of their work due to administrative hiccup. Great explanations when I had questions. Cleaned things up really well after their work. Overall just thought they were a great crew and did a great job. Also note job site was home in Sandy (not on ur drop down list 🙂 Also, very happy with the support from folks in the main office like Mable and Jenna in particular.”
