“I made a maintenance call Saturday morning and told them about my issue, woke up and my house was cold.
It would come off and on every 10 min or so. I made the appointment, they showed up on time. Found fairly quickly that some animal had placed seeds and grass into the fresh air exchange. He cleaned the intake of detritus, fired it up and now my home temperature matches the thermostat for the first time. I’m warm and cozy again. Thank you!”
