“Kameron and his team, Caleb and Steve, did a great job installing a new heat pump, furnace, and ductwork for my home renovation project in Salt Lake City. They were real pros and took great pride in their work and doing the job right, working non-stop, and only took a break because the dog kept asking to play fetch. I couldn't be more happy with the equipment they installed and the quality of their work, and the service that was provided by everyone else at Gillette, from sales to scheduling, has no equal in my years of homeownership. The time and expertise they provided will go a long way to adding value to my home and renovation. Five stars from me and big ol' tail wag from the dog.”
“The crew arrived in the morning and began removal of the old a/c & furnace system. They did a good job installing the new units and finished the install in about half a day. I had a doctor's appointment so had to leave so figured I'd call them to get a run through on the new thermostat. When I got home one of the guys was waiting for me to show me how to run the system. I appreciate him taking the time to stay longer in order to get me up to speed. I appreciate the service and care that was afforded to me. These guys are great!”

“Great Service!!! Even over the phone Niki was troubleshooting with me to see if my AC could switch on. She apoligized for me running up then downstairs and I said I dont mind at all, because SHE was helping ME!!! Such a sweet Lady!!! Then Marcial came to get my AC turned on and he was fabulous! Polite, answered all my questions, friendly and so very pleased with his professionalism expertise. Then Alexander came for my requested furnace and AC service. I had to cancel winters service due to deaths in the family, and so pleased he could do both for me!!! Again, Polite, friendly, answered my tons of questions, discussed service schedules, changed out my igniter, install a surge suppressor and again, he too was outstanding. From the man in sales, to everyone Ive spoken or interacted with have been very helpful and beyond my expectations. Im so glad I found Gillette and confident in their service, products, exceptionally knowlegeable and professional team. WIth my managerial experience, this means top management is exceptional too, they train and treat employees, well and that transfers to customers and exceptional custimer service!!! Highest marks Gillette!!!!”

“Terrific people, very professional workmanship and high quality equipment at a fair price. The team installed a new water heater, heat pump and air conditioner and the workmanship was excellent and very thorough throughout. The three installers (Jordan, Keola and Tyce) were efficient and completed the whole project in one day. They were able to solve the venting problem creatively so it worked optimally within the existing design of the house. The work was handled neatly and the installers solved two airflow problems that have existed since I moved into the house. Most significantly the team was polite, courteous and friendly and collaborated well all day long. The installation went very smoothly and the place was cleaned up and neat as a pin when they packed out the old equipment. Further, John the salesman was exceptionally bright and knowledgeable and helped me understand available options so I could make an informed decision. Everyone on the Gillette team demonstrated kindness. I am pleased with my purchase and feel confident in the promise of ongoing high-quality support. Well done, Gillette!”
