Installers: Jordan and Steve our installers. We're also amazing, very experienced. Very knowledgeable, very thorough. They totally knew their shit plus some! they both were a joy to work with. They explained everything to us from how the unit would work to the thermostat, changing the filters, maintenance & care etc..they were both very respectful and we enjoyed having them install our unit. We would recommend them for any job very highly.
Office: Jennifers follow-up and follow through was beyond expected. She submitted all of the paperwork for us. Got back copies that I needed for my records, submitted all of our rebates With the utility companies within hours, after our unit was installed.
The company's customer service doesn't get much better than that! The company as a whole is beyond amazing. The true meaning of teamwork, is this company!
