Contacted Gillette and they sent Marcial over first thing in the morning. Not only was Marcial polite, he was knowledgeable and answered all our questions. “The Gillette installation team arrived on time. They explained the installation every step of the way. And informed me of what they were doing and if drywall or cutting needed to be done, it was discussed before hand. Tarps were laid down throughout the work areas. It was a furnace, heat pump, and air conditioner that was installed. The final installation looked very good. Operation of the system was completely explained to me after the installation was over. The team did an excellent job. I would recommend Gillette HVAC to anyone.
