You are very fortunate to have such a great employee, because when she is in my home, she is the face of your business, and she does a great job in representing you out in the field. “Everyone who came was very efficient and quiet while I was working. They made sure that I understood how to work the programmable thermostat. If there were any questions, they asked them politely.

The units have functioned very well.

Everyone at Gillette has been pleasant to work with and very helpful. The speed at which they processed the paperwork for the rebates was impressive.

One of the people left to get a part but didn't tell me they were leaving. When I saw them depart, I locked my door. That meant they had to ring the doorbell again to get back in. It's a minor thing.”

“Braxtin and Shawn were very professional installing the Infinity heat pump and furnace. I was told that because of the tight area I would not be able to take advantage of the 4 inch filter, but Shawn and Braxtin were able to custom fit the system so that a 4 inch filter could also be installed. They also left the area cleaner than they found it. I highly recommend them.”

I was so thrilled when they showed me all new fittings to go along with my system. There was no hey we can replace this or that and it will cost you extra.
