“We had our 30 year old furnace and AC unit replaced. Trevor, Brandon and Marc did an awesome professional job of installing the new HVAC system in our home. They were very courteous, honest and knowledgeable answering all our questions. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone needing HVAC work. We had gotten a couple estimates for the project and I’m very happy with the decision to go with Gillette. “I made a maintenance call Saturday morning and told them about my issue, woke up and my house was cold.
It would come off and on every 10 min or so. I made the appointment, they showed up on time. Found fairly quickly that some animal had placed seeds and grass into the fresh air exchange. He cleaned the intake of detritus, fired it up and now my home temperature matches the thermostat for the first time. I’m warm and cozy again. Thank you!”
“Three guys showed up, and went to work, they picked different parts of the job and very efficiently completed their work. They worked straight through the day, I was impressed. They cleaned up after they were done. We had a snowstorm and the guy outside didn’t slow down until he finished. It was a smooth operation the way they worked together. The quality of the installation was outstanding. Thanks for the upgraded furnace and new AC.”

“I am New with Gillette Services – Plumbing, Heating & Air because of the promotional great offer to replace my furnace and air conditioning system. So I request a technician to check on my unit for the first 6 months usage of the unit. Tech service Alexander Bennet came over and I was observing the way he check and work on the system. I am extremely satisfied in the corner of my eyes the way he works. He was thorough and meticulous in doing his job. He explain to me later how the system works and its function, which gives me an insight and ideas of my unit. Following that, Cris from Gillette gave me a follow up check on the job done?
