“Ricardo came to diagnose and remedy an issue with my recently installed HVAC system. The high efficiency heater was behaving different than normal. Because of Ricardo's extensive knowledge of every aspect of the HVAC system, it took him only a few minutes to know exactly what caused the issue. He was able to quickly complete the adjustments and make the system run better than ever!
Ricardo was very patient with my many questions, and helped me to understand the complicated system, what caused the issue, and what he did to make sure it doesn't happen again.
Ricardo also showed me how to use the ECOBEE thermostat/controller that was installed with the system, to more efficiently manage the function of the HVAC system.

“Everyone who came was very efficient and quiet while I was working. They made sure that I understood how to work the programmable thermostat. If there were any questions, they asked them politely.

The units have functioned very well.

Everyone at Gillette has been pleasant to work with and very helpful. The speed at which they processed the paperwork for the rebates was impressive.

One of the people left to get a part but didn't tell me they were leaving. When I saw them depart, I locked my door. That meant they had to ring the doorbell again to get back in. It's a minor thing.”
