“The first team did the duct sealing and repaired broken ductwork, which should help our heating and air conditioning. They were very professional and cleaned up after themselves. “We had air conditioners and furnaces installed in two places Jordan‘s crew did the air conditioning and the installation of the furnaces. They did a great job. We also had the ducts sealed hopefully this will help with our utilities. They all did a great job very professional. They cleaned up their mess. Everything was wonderful when it came time to set up our mobile phones mine would not connect but my husband‘s words so they set up his cell phone and told me to go to the website for ecobee. I did that and had trouble so I called in and Jesse came out the next day and did a great job setting up my phone and setting up the thermostats I would recommend Gillette to anyone who’s looking for new furnaces or air-conditioning or really anything else”

“Terrific people, very professional workmanship and high quality equipment at a fair price. The team installed a new water heater, heat pump and air conditioner and the workmanship was excellent and very thorough throughout. The three installers (Jordan, Keola and Tyce) were efficient and completed the whole project in one day. They were able to solve the venting problem creatively so it worked optimally within the existing design of the house. The work was handled neatly and the installers solved two airflow problems that have existed since I moved into the house. Most significantly the team was polite, courteous and friendly and collaborated well all day long. The installation went very smoothly and the place was cleaned up and neat as a pin when they packed out the old equipment. Further, John the salesman was exceptionally bright and knowledgeable and helped me understand available options so I could make an informed decision. Everyone on the Gillette team demonstrated kindness. I am pleased with my purchase and feel confident in the promise of ongoing high-quality support. Well done, Gillette!”
