“Megan did a wonderful job clearing out the blockage in the condensate drain pan inside the furnace/air conditioner unit. So the carpet is not wet anymore. She also cleaned the current furnace filter while new furnace filters are being ordered. An opening came-up, so I was notified immediately. Megan came two days earlier than the original appointment.
