They were real pros and took great pride in their work and doing the job right, working non-stop, and only took a break because the dog kept asking to play fetch. He not only explained everything to us but he assured the credibility of the company the work that we were going to receive in our installation and the knowledge that he had was very comforting, for us as customers. They totally knew their shit plus some! they both were a joy to work with. They explained everything to us from how the unit would work to the thermostat, changing the filters, maintenance & care etc..they were both very respectful and we enjoyed having them install our unit. We would recommend them for any job very highly. Office: Jennifers follow-up and follow through was beyond expected. She submitted all of the paperwork for us. Got back copies that I needed for my records, submitted all of our rebates With the utility companies within hours, after our unit was installed.
