“We had 2 AC installations done yesterday. The basement was a brand new system and needed the lines done. We have an older home and there was barely enough room for them to get the lines through. And they had to fix kinks from the original upstairs line. Even though it was a beast, they got it done! We are so impressed with the work of Kameron, Brandon, and Braxtin! They went above and beyond to help us get our ACs installed. Including shoveling dirt to make sure where we wanted them was level and perfect. They worked hard the entire day and finished it quicker than we were expecting. And we really appreciate Cory and Chance coming at the end to help clean up. We’re so happy with the work that was done. And the customer service from Gillette has been outstanding! Jenna’s follow up call and emails were quick and she was so nice! And our salesman Brad was personable, honest, upfront and so confident- we didn’t want to go with anyone else! We’ll definitely go with Gillette every time in the future! Thank you all!!”- Andrea D.
