“We recently had a full system replacement done (Furnace, AC and Water Heater), and that experience was awesome! However, we could not get the thermostat to work properly in the first 24 hours so I called Gillette and they got me scheduled for the next day. Shaun and Braxtin came out to look at the system and were extremely nice, professional and helpful. They determined we would need a different thermostat and got one installed within minutes.
