Everyone who came was very efficient and quiet while I was working. They made sure that I understood how to work the programmable thermostat. If there were any questions, they asked them politely. The units have functioned very well. Everyone at Gillette has been pleasant to work with and very helpful. The speed at which they processed the paperwork for the rebates was impressive. One of the people left to get a part but didn't tell me they were leaving. When I saw them depart, I locked my door. That meant they had to ring the doorbell again to get backin. It's a minor thing.
