Ricardo came to diagnose and remedy an issue with my recently installed HVAC system. The high efficiency heater was behaving different than normal. Because of Ricardo's extensive knowledge of every aspect of the HVAC system, it took him only a few minutes to know exactly what caused the issue. He was able to quickly complete the adjustments and make the system run better than ever! Ricardo was very patient with my many questions, and helped me to understand the complicated system, what caused the issue, and what he did to make sure it doesn't happen again. Ricardo also showed me how to use the ECOBEE thermostat/controller that was installed with the system, to more efficiently manage the function of the HVAC system. WELL DONE, and THANK YOU Sir!

“Terrific people, very professional workmanship and high quality equipment at a fair price. The team installed a new water heater, heat pump and air conditioner and the workmanship was excellent and very thorough throughout. The three installers (Jordan, Keola and Tyce) were efficient and completed the whole project in one day. They were able to solve the venting problem creatively so it worked optimally within the existing design of the house. The work was handled neatly and the installers solved two airflow problems that have existed since I moved into the house. Most significantly the team was polite, courteous and friendly and collaborated well all day long. The installation went very smoothly and the place was cleaned up and neat as a pin when they packed out the old equipment. Further, John the salesman was exceptionally bright and knowledgeable and helped me understand available options so I could make an informed decision.
