“We replaced our AC and Furnace. We wanted to use Carrier machines because we had 20 year old ones in the house that were still kicking butt. We chose Gillette because they were the highest rated Carrier providers. John came to our house and walked us through the options. We trusted him right away and he was very helpful. He helped us adjust the bid to our specific needs and didn’t try to oversell us. Sean got us scheduled to our best convenience and they updated us and reminded us appropriately as our install date neared. Jesse and Bryson came out right on time and busted out our installation in half a day. They walked us through everything, when and where to replace filters etc. Jesse went in depth on our new thermostat and made sure we were happy and comfortable.
