It would come off and on every 10 min or so. I made the appointment, they showed up on time. Found fairly quickly that some animal had placed seeds and grass into the fresh air exchange. He cleaned the intake of detritus, fired it up and now my home temperature matches the thermostat for the first time. I’m warm and cozy again. Thank you!”

“We had 2 AC installations done yesterday. The basement was a brand new system and needed the lines done. We have an older home and there was barely enough room for them to get the lines through. And they had to fix kinks from the original upstairs line. Even though it was a beast, they got it done! We are so impressed with the work of Kameron, Brandon, and Braxtin! They went above and beyond to help us get our ACs installed. Including shoveling dirt to make sure where we wanted them was level and perfect. They worked hard the entire day and finished it quicker than we were expecting.
And we really appreciate Cory and Chance coming at the end to help clean up.
We’re so happy with the work that was done. And the customer service from Gillette has been outstanding! Jenna’s follow up call and emails were quick and she was so nice!
