She also cleaned the current furnace filter while new furnace filters are being ordered. An opening came-up, so I was notified immediately. Megan came two days earlier than the original appointment. Office: Jennifers follow-up and follow through was beyond expected. She submitted all of the paperwork for us. Got back copies that I needed for my records, submitted all of our rebates With the utility companies within hours, after our unit was installed.
The company's customer service doesn't get much better than that! The company as a whole is beyond amazing. The true meaning of teamwork, is this company! “You ever hear of Batman and Robin? Well, Keola and Jordan are just like those guys. Keola is Batman and Jordan is Robin. But instead of fighting crime, they fight summer heat. POW, take that 100-degree weather! Also, these guys don't wear tights… and least not when they were at my house. They were super friendly. They were super respectful of my house. They took me through every step of the installation and the details of the system that they installed. They climbed the ladder like pros. It was a super tall ladder, too! Man those guys are good. “The crew arrived in the morning and began removal of the old a/c & furnace system. They did a good job installing the new units and finished the install in about half a day. I had a doctor's appointment so had to leave so figured I'd call them to get a run through on the new thermostat. When I got home one of the guys was waiting for me to show me how to run the system. I appreciate him taking the time to stay longer in order to get me up to speed. I appreciate the service and care that was afforded to me. These guys are great!”

“Great Service!!! Even over the phone Niki was troubleshooting with me to see if my AC could switch on. She apoligized for me running up then downstairs and I said I dont mind at all, because SHE was helping ME!!! Such a sweet Lady!!! Then Marcial came to get my AC turned on and he was fabulous! Polite, answered all my questions, friendly and so very pleased with his professionalism expertise. Then Alexander came for my requested furnace and AC service. I had to cancel winters service due to deaths in the family, and so pleased he could do both for me!!! The team installed a new water heater, heat pump and air conditioner and the workmanship was excellent and very thorough throughout. The three installers (Jordan, Keola and Tyce) were efficient and completed the whole project in one day. They were able to solve the venting problem creatively so it worked optimally within the existing design of the house. The work was handled neatly and the installers solved two airflow problems that have existed since I moved into the house. Most significantly the team was polite, courteous and friendly and collaborated well all day long. The installation went very smoothly and the place was cleaned up and neat as a pin when they packed out the old equipment. Further, John the salesman was exceptionally bright and knowledgeable and helped me understand available options so I could make an informed decision. “We replaced our AC and Furnace. We wanted to use Carrier machines because we had 20 year old ones in the house that were still kicking butt. We chose Gillette because they were the highest rated Carrier providers. John came to our house and walked us through the options. We trusted him right away and he was very helpful. He helped us adjust the bid to our specific needs and didn’t try to oversell us. Sean got us scheduled to our best convenience and they updated us and reminded us appropriately as our install date neared. Jesse and Bryson came out right on time and busted out our installation in half a day. They walked us through everything, when and where to replace filters etc. Jesse went in depth on our new thermostat and made sure we were happy and comfortable. Gillette also took care of all of the rebates which was a huge help. Their whole team knocked it out of the park. Couldn’t be more pleased and we recommend them highly.”
“I am very pleased with the removal of our 31-year old AC and Furnace and the installation of the new Carrier high efficiency heat pump and furnace. Brandon and the team removed the old duct board and fabricated and installed new sheet metal ducting. Brandon took the time to discuss with me his recommended new layout of our furnace room and the result was a much better layout with much more room in the furnace room, especially for me to be able to more easily access our water heater and water softener. It used to be a real pain and now it looks like the furnace room design and layout was actually planned. The entire team put in very long hours to make sure that everything was done correctly. Again, so far I am extremely pleased and happy with the results of this complete HVAC system removal and replacement.”

“I love in an older home with an old furnace/AC unit. We were looking for something more modern and efficient. We ad them come out for an estimate and it was more than reasonable. We were able to get it scheduled in just two days. They came on time. They were extremely polite and answered all of my questions during the instillation. It was important to me that he had all of the answers and when I went down, he was very polite and complete. He did not come across like I was interrupting or bothering him. At the end he inhaled a thermostat with tech. He made sure I understood all of the features and waited till I was able to install and link an app on my phone. Even though it was the end of the day and I’m sure he wanted to go home, he took the few extra minutes to show me through without even the slightest feeling that he needed to hurry or move on. “The scheduling of a visit was very easy with a phone call. It was agreed to send someone the next morning, which was timely since the issue was the AC was not working.
Ricardo was our technician. I explained what was wrong with the unit and he got to work testing the different components. He found the faulty part within 30 minutes and got to replacing it after we agreed on a price. He left and came back with a new fan motor which he installed and seemed to be running smoothly. A few minutes after he left, I went to check on the running AC and found it to be making a horrible screeching noise and not spinning anymore. I requested that Ricardo come back since something went wrong with the new motor. He came back two hours later and found the fan to be working fine. Thankfully, he trusted me that something was wrong and said he would eat lunch while the unit ran to see if it would seize up and it did after 20 minutes (since the motor was overheating). Ricardo again left and came back with another replacement motor, and ran into a lot of issues when trying to get the install just right, which I truly appreciate, as I didn't want it to damage other parts or break down again. He started at 10am and left our home at 5:20pm that same day.
Ricardo didn't charge me any additional amount other than the agreed upon amount for the replacement motor, which is honest business. While it's only been 24 hours since the install, the AC is working perfectly again and I suspect it will continue to work well.
